Payment Options
Each practitioner has a variety of charges depending on whether they are seeing you for this particular problem for the first time (an initial visit) or whether this is a follow up visit. For specific fees for a specific practitioner please call our reception.
Private Health Funds
Immediate electronic rebates are available (so you only pay the gap) for Physiotherapy and for Podiatry. Bring your private health fund card with you to swipe through our HICAPS machine.
For Massage, Dietetics, Acupuncture we will provide you with a receipt that you can take to your fund to get your rebate in the usual manner.
Be aware that Health Fund rebates are not something that we have any control over. For questions about rebates or problems with claiming please see your Health Fund.
EFTPOS and Electronic Payments
We are fully equipped to take EFTPOS electronic payments. Our system also accepts VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard Credit cards
Seniors
Seniors can book appointments at “lower use times” (usually between 10am and 2pm) and receive discounts with most practitioners. Speak to our reception.
Medicare
Clients referred by their GP under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care program can claim back $49 of treatment costs for a limited number of visits to a Physiotherapist, Dietitian or Podiatrist. See your GP to check if you are eligible
